Let's talk about your team

In-person cohorts are hosted from our San Jose office and generally draw team leads from across the South Bay and greater Bay Area, though the room isn't restricted to any particular company size or industry. Facilities are kept small deliberately, in line with the twelve-seat cap on each cohort.

For teams outside Northern California, or for distributed teams without a single office to gather in, the same two half-days run as a live-online format with a facilitator and small breakout groups. The material and exercises stay the same either way. What changes is the room, not the content.
